Welcome to RN BEAUTY LLC, operating as Beauty Lab Korean Medspa (“Medspa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our services, including booking appointments and signing up for communications, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. GENERAL TERMS

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of services provided by Beauty Lab Korean Medspa, including but not limited to facials, laser treatments, injectables, and body contouring.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. APPOINTMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and secured with a valid payment method.
A 24-hour notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations within 24 hours may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

3. MEDICAL CONSENT AND ELIGIBILITY

Clients must complete a medical intake form before receiving treatments.
Some treatments may not be suitable for individuals with certain medical conditions. It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical history.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe.

4. RESULTS AND LIABILITY

Individual results may vary. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.
Clients understand that Medspa treatments are elective and accept full responsibility for their choices.
Beauty Lab Korean Medspa is not liable for adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow pre- and post-care instructions.

5. PAYMENTS AND REFUND POLICY

Payments are due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options.
All service sales are final. No refunds will be issued for completed services.
Prepaid packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person.

6. MEMBERSHIPS AND PACKAGES

Memberships and packages must be used within the specified timeframe.
Unused sessions cannot be refunded but may be transferred upon request.

7. GIFT CARDS AND PROMOTIONS

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Promotional offers and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.

8. SMS COMMUNICATION POLICY

By signing up, you agree to receive promotional, informational, and marketing messages from RN BEAUTY LLC, operating as Beauty Lab Korean Medspa.
You can expect to receive weekly messages about promotions, special offers, appointment reminders, and Medspa updates.
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages.
